This is notification to inform you that as from 01.05.2010 I tender my resignation as Chairman of L.C.C.C, also to notify you that Karen Fisher also tenders her resignation as Membership Secretary and Club Secretary.
We feel that we cannot continue our duties to the full because of personal commitments.

After receiving the letter Janet spoke to Karen and she said she was willing to still remain as Membership Sec and Club Sec until the AGM in October. To which we say Thank you to Karen and sorry to Bob we will miss you.

I have made enquires to Top Barn activity canoeing for the children .They can arrange for the children (Age 8 and over) ,to take use of some of the activities they have on offer. Be it canoeing, Zip wire, archery,orienteering, ASAP . The cost would be £15 per child for two activities. APRIL 2nd - 6th EASTER RALLYHOLDING STABLES WILMCOTE
There will be an Easter Bonnet Parade for the children and adults so come on get those bonnets out and decorated and show us what you can do it should be a very good weekend we look forward to seeing you all old friends and new.
Can all members please make sure that when they are sending/booking rallies that you please indicate as to how many children will be attending the rally if this is not possible please could they let the marshall's know when they arrive on the rally field. Thank you

Dear Secretary,
I am very sorry to inform you that Leo Roby, Chairmain of Coventry Morris Engines, passed away in hospital 16th October 2009.
Many of your members will have rallied with Leo, particularly if they went to Harlyn Sands, and Association delegates would most certainly have seen him at our meetings.
Leo had been a loyal member and committee man of CME for many years, and he will be greatly missed.

I want to say a Very Big Thank You for the beautiful flowers that were given to me at the AGM.
This year I stood down from the committee after more years than I care to remember, all of those years have been wonderful and I have loved every minute of them.
The telephone calls that I have had for rally bookings etc that have turned into 30 minutes of chit chat have been great and I will really miss them (my telephone number is still the same so please still give me a call).
Ken and myself joined Longbridge C.C.Cin 1972 and have enjoyed all the years we have had caravanning – we have made lots of friends not only from Longbridge but from other member clubs as well. (Our Xmas list is never ending).
We hope we shall still have a few more years left and look forward to seeing you all in 2010.
